The Woodlands is a community located off Hwy 127 in Kathleen, GA. Within The Woodlands you can find Sanford Place Subdivision and Georgian Mill Subdivision. Homes in Sanford Place are 2-story single family homes with brick fronts and vinyl siding available for $150,000 – $230,000 with 3-5 Bedrooms. Georgian Mill Subdivision features 3-5 bedroom homes that are generally available for $130,000 – $210,000.
